I joined Ignata in March 2019 to develop the contract & interim offering both in the UK & internationally. Having since been promoted to the Head of Contractor Delivery I now lead a highly successful team, having completed mandates in multi-disciplines across 8 countries.

I have spent my entire career to date in contract & interim professional services recruitment and am passionate and committed to providing a world-class service to our vast network of contractors and clients. I pride myself on truly embedding myself into the businesses I work with to fully understand their cultures and needs and providing tailored talent solutions to fit.

On a personal note I am keen sportsman, having played competitive rugby for 20+ years including a semi-pro season in the Portuguese Premier League.

Peter is a founding Director of Ignata Actuarial & Investments, he has over 10 years’ experience recruiting within the life & non-life insurance sectors and is the recruiter of choice for the consulting sector. Peter is responsible for the development of Ignata’s permanent recruitment solutions within the insurance sector and the Contract & Interim division which provides flexible on-demand resource to clients. In addition, Peter sits on Ignata’s steering committee for Diversity & Inclusion and recently put together an event with the IFoA to raise awareness of Career Returners within the profession.

Hannah is an Executive Assistant and Team Operations Manager for the Actuarial & Investment team. As well as providing support to the Directors, she is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding for contractor placements in the UK and Europe. Hannah supports the Group Marketing Director in developing the Actuarial & Investment brand in the UK and internationally.

Stuart Brooke

I joined Ignata with 8 years’ experience within recruitment. Originally gaining my stripes within the Education Sector, I later moved across to Financial and Professional Services where I now operate on a global scale.

Prior to recruitment, I had the pleasure of serving 6 years in the British Army. Completing tours of both Iraq and Afghanistan, an experience that provided me with a can-do attitude and adaptability to a variety of situations.
With my focus solely aimed on the contract market, I am a firm believer in building a deep understanding of both candidates and organisations and invest time to build long-term relationships that give my clients access to the highest calibre individuals in the market.
