Interim EMEA Finance Manager

Overview and Responsibilities

Ignata Finance are recruiting an interim EMEA Finance Manager for a luxury goods business with offices in Mayfair.

The EMEA Finance Manager has responsibility for managing local accounting offices in Europe, and will be the key link between Group function based out of London and these local entities, managing local finance teams and working with local external advisers and outsourced providers. This role is responsible for the oversight and management of all local accountancy, treasury and controls functions, providing technical and commercial expertise as required. It will also ensure an effective alignment of people, operations, financial reporting and tax strategies across the EMEA region.

Profile and required skills

* Qualified accountant with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience
* Exposure to a multinational and medium-size business environment
* Ideally with previous experience of the retail, logistics or luxury sectors
* Have advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
* International finance background with hands-on co-ordination role with auditors and tax authorities in the different jurisdictions.
* Strong analytical mindset, ability to quickly identify and articulate a complex project or issue
* Have a willingness to travel as required. Although primarily London based will need to visit regional European offices occasionally

Day rate: £350-450
