Covering everything from fragrance to health, they will continue to be a dominating force globally and connect with people through their market leading products worldwide.
You will be required to use your commercial understand in order to succeed in this role as you are tasked with delivering on KPIs set in the role and essentially, this will result in you maximising your commercial value to improve on the company's commercial return. Additionally, it will be integral that the delivery of your projects and initiatives are done on time, in full and within budget. You will also develop a good understanding of the industry and the category using insights to improve commercial plans.
What you need to possess?
You will be a strong communicator that has good analytical skills which will be key in this role due to the data sets you will be using. With this, you will have a good understanding on how to read, analyse and interpret industry and retail data to develop differentiated commercial plans. Adding onto this, your communication skills be a key asset within your skillset as this will be important when negotiating and ideal when speaking to retailers.
Within this role you will also need to show passion for what you do, this means becoming invested in the company and the brands as it is crucial to succeed in this role. Lastly, you will possess the ability to work efficiently, stick to timelines and have a good eye for detail.
