The service they deliver aims to be an expert, friendly and truly focused on the customer and look to build lasting relationships with everyone who banks with them.

Initial scope

After working with a leading retail bank demonstrating credibility in executive search mandates, we were asked to introduce and competitively tender for a volume recruitment campaign.

The journey to date

We have delivered 300+ FTC roles into their complaints department within 12 weeks

as well as hiring over 1000 agency temps.

This led to us becoming a strategic partner and subsequently hiring for their branch network openings to place 550 FTE staff in satellite stores
