Our client is a multinational, manufacturing company, whose brands include numerous household names within the medical and pharmaceutical categories. As an innovative business, they embrace creating new ideas and products, and bringing them to life, and people around the world. With a fantastic, family feel culture, our client look to attract the best talent to find them, who believe in their brands, and their core values.
Due to an internal restructure, our client had five vacancies within their commercial strategy division.
Recruited three hires in the team within first month of vacancies being live, including relocating one candidate from Germany to the UK. In total they have interviewed five candidates through us.
Engaged with direct consultations with the client, including the hiring manager and talent acquisition to discuss the vacancies, restructure and calibre of candidate that they were looking for in more detail.
Talked through interview structure, decision making and on boarding to give candidates the best experience they can.
Then gave our view of the market, including insights into their competitors and availability of candidates for these types of vacancies.
Interviews to date have been quickly arranged, with feedback and follow up emails booked in within one week. Decisions following final stage interviews has been within 48 hours in most cases.
We’re continuing to work closely with our client on the final two vacancies.
