Our client

Our client is an accountancy advisory business with offices in the North West, Yorkshire and London.  They are a challenger to the Big Four advisory businesses, mirroring a number of their service lines including corporate finance, financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, forensics and tax advisory.  The business was founded by ex Big Four leaders and offers a Partner led and price competitive alternative to the larger accountancy firms.

Initial scope

The business is seeking to expand via geography and service line and hence was keen to partner with an expert recruitment provider to mange the hiring process of Director and Partner level candidates capable of launching new business units.

 

The journey to date
