Our client is on the frontline of the construction and infrastructure industry, producing and supplying an array of construction materials. With over 330 sites and more than 4,100 dedicated employees, they’re home to everything from aggregates, asphalt, ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete products.

The situation

The business has grown significantly both organically and through a number of mergers and acquisitions. At that point, Ignata were introduced to the business by means of referral and recommendation due to the exceptional service we had offered to them as a candidate, and as a result, were asked to tender for an official PSL across all divisions.
