The client

Formed in 2003, our client has developed themselves into a fully managed service IT security company working with multiple organisations in planning, structuring, deploying, testing and managing robust, reliable security solutions. They manage over 1,000 security devices across five continents and their clients cover multiple sectors including banking, telecoms, retail, government, insurance and leisure.

Scope

We were approached by a specialist IT security company as they entered a period of accelerated growth. Due to the nature and volume of the roles alongside the fact that they already had long-term existing supplier relationships, we came to an arrangement that would allow us to prove our capabilities and develop a long-term working relationship.


Solution

A comprehensive research methodology was produced giving a full overview of companies and candidates we would target along with reports outlining the return of these. For each role we recruited for a clear timeframe and interview process was put in place and only three candidates were submitted to the client meaning they only ever met relevant and interested candidates.
