A multimillion dollar start-up with a new market-leading technology in the cardiology space knew that it needed a top-quality VP Sales Europe to drive the success of its new product – and tasked Ignata with finding them.

Every potential candidate was thoroughly screened and assessed to ensure genuine interest in the company and product, before we presented a shortlisted of four committed candidates.

An international search was conducted through our existing network , industry recommendations and market mapping across Europe and the US, extensive screening and a successful appointment was made.

 

This is the first project I have worked with Ignata LIFE on and was very impressed by the speed of the search matched with the quality of the short list. I had 4 very strong candidates who were committed, well briefed and that would add value to my business and wider team. After the first stage interviews I was confident we had two people who could do the role and 1 that stood out as out next VP. The offer process was complex due to being in France and communication from Ignata was daily and nothing was too much trouble for the team.
