We've partnered with VF Corporation since June 2014. VF Corporation is a $12 billion group and one of the worlds largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies. They own a diverse portfolio of iconic lifestyle brands, including Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Wrangler, Lee, Kipling and Eastpak.
Through global headhunting and working as an extended arm of VF's recruitment team we've been successfully building diverse winning teams from mid-senior to executive level across the following disciplines:
So far we have recruited 35 professionals from middle through to executive level. Most of which have been actively headhunted from specifically picked target companies or came through our extensive network. These placements have already resulted in 9 promotions to date, the candidates have come from a wide range of nationalities including Italian, British, German, French, Spanish, Swedish, Dutch, Polish and Australian.
We have built a strong partnership with the company, continuously visiting the Head Quarters in Europe to discuss ways we can improve the recruitment process further. Acting as brand ambassadors for the business we have created a targeted candidate pipeline and developed relationships with relevant candidates who are interested in the company and willing to relocate.
