Due to their current team underperforming and the level of internal change, the project needed to be treated with the strictest of confidence pending a formal announcement.

Initial Scope

As a result of previous successes with this client and our in-depth candidate knowledge of the Sussex and Surrey area, we were instructed to manage their recruitment drive on an exclusive basis.

We rewrote their job descriptions

Created an interview questioning document to ensure each manager had continuity in their interview technique

Provided bespoke online testing for each candidate to test their accounting skills.

Resulting in 14 specialist hires within a specified time period
