Following challenges in employee attraction and maintaining sustainable headcount, they entered into a ‘proof of concept’ partnership with Ignata to deliver all retail branch network recruitment. Following the success of the initial partnership, both parties subsequently entered into a formal 3 year RPO partnership to manage all recruitment across their branch network, contact centre, and head oce.
