Due to restructuring, rebranding and centralising their head office function in Northamptonshire, a leading internet and telecomms business needed to recruit 40 heads within their finance team within a very tight time from of a 6 month period, with the initial 20 to have started within 3 months.
Due to the press associated with the irregularities, there was a challenge around attraction of candidates. They required the highest calibre of candidates in order to create a high performing team and to satisfy the city and investors.
