Ignata was founded in 2011. In less than 10 years', we’ve grown to become one of the top 150 recruitment companies in the UK. Our growth strategy has resulted in a collective of exceptional recruitment brands, each a leader in their sector.

We’re proud of our reputation: finding perfect solutions for clients, with a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude and approach, even if it means challenging the industry’s status quo. In 2016, we consolidated this success into a new parent company brand: Ignata Group.
